The location is wonderful for travel through London. The street is relatively quiet at night, there is a mall across the street, and a tube station only a block away. The room is small, but the space is managed well. My only real complaint is there was no dresser in which to unpack and put my clothes. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfasts were delicious! Would definitely stay there again!
This is my hotel of choice for my stays in the capital. Rooms are clean and modern, a kettle is available to make a decent cup of tea (or coffee, for those with a taste for that), and service is excellent. The staff is cordial and kind, in fact their professional attitude and kindness, together with fair room pricing, are the main reasons inducing me to choose this hotel over other options. One thing that could and should be improved is the breakfast choice, a wee bit on the not-so-broad side of the spectrum. The general impression remains however very good
